Concert & ticket basics

공연, 티켓, 자리, 입장—survive a show in Korean.

Goals

Ask where to line up, show your ticket, and find your seat politely.

Steps

  1. 티켓이 있어요. 입장은 어디예요?
  2. 제 자리가 어디예요? (seat/standing zone)
  3. 화장실은 어디예요? — same pattern, survives crowds.

Common mistakes

  • Mixing up 입구 (entrance) and 출구 (exit) under noise.

Study rhythm: Drill the three “where” questions on a map of a venue layout.

Hands-on: Label a seating chart in Korean: 앞, 뒤, 왼쪽, 오른쪽.

Listening: Catch staff announcements at concert fancams—listen for 입장 and 줄 (line).

Examples & practice: mini conversation

Read across: English meaning → Korean sentence → romanization (Konglish-style pronunciation guide, not official MR).
