I suggest adding 'Chat' button next to rest of the blue buttons (Home, Forum, Classes, etc).. You still have plenty of space for at least two more buttons over there.

Well, the first one is used for friends like.. yeah hehe, and the second one (º¸°í ½Ê¾î¿ä) is actually a formal way of saying " I miss you".

Umm.... well, many of the accents that you hear from other Koreans are basically between the R,L, B, and F. Because the letter¤© is like a letter that can be mistaken as an L or an R sometimes. ( am I explaining this right or am I still confusing you? Laughing )
