Hi =]

Hii! I'm Sophia from China...now in USA -.- but I want to learn Korean because...I duno..i mean BESIDES the fact i am a Korean wannabe xDD I guess I want to understand the songs of Rain, se7en, son dam bi, TVXQ (JJ<3.) and etc. but because of se7en's song La La La...captured my heart. I want to learn Korean so I can understand the words for myself and not look up for translation.
So far I've had 6 lessons...one pre day =] and my hands are kinda sore from writing but glad to be here!

Please take care of me ^.^

(One more Question...why can't I change my info!? or make a sig?! is it because I'm not subscribed??)

한국===>hanguk (korea)

while in lesson 3:

꽃===>kkot (flower)

한===>han (can mean "1") 한 개 주세요 (please give me one)

극===>geuk (drama, a play)

i haven't seen a word "한극" in lessen 3. they are written separately because they are a different words.

'hanguk' is spelled 한국 Very Happy

she was just confused, because in lesson 1, 한국 was written, then in lesson 3 there are few words/vocabularies written, 2 of these words are:

한 han (can mean "1")

and

극 geuk (drama, a play)

the thing is they are written separately.

한국 (hanguk) = Korea; there is not other spelling.
한 극 (han geuk) = one drama/play

한극 isn't a word, or at least it isn't in either of my dictionaries.
