if you have a korean friend you may ask him a favor, but if you dont have then you have to let your son play another game since korean dont give their resident registration number to anyone because of private reason. This number acts as a national ID of koreans.

sorry cant help you with that, maybe try to befriend a korean in your area and ask a favor too, my friend before ask me to leave my room when he is about encode his residency number in my game.

try to befriend a korean in your area and maybe, somehow he/she will lend you his number for your son's gaming pleasure.
