It's more accurate saying "kimchi jji gae" (±èÄ¡Âî°³) Wink

±èÄ¡½Ã°³ (kimchi shi gae) is incorrect, it should be ±èÄ¡Âî°³ (kimchi jji gae) Wink

ÁöÁö¹Ì, ÀÎõºÒ°í±â, ½Ñ±èÄ¡, ±èÄ¡Âî°³, °¥ºñ, ¶±ººÀÌ, Àç·¡±è, ´ßÅ丮ÅÁ, ¿À¡¾îÁ¥...these things are so hard to describe, but I like them all very much. I like pretty much anything that's spicy or contains a lot of garlic, preferably both.

Has anyone ever had Æò¾ç³Ã¸é? It sounds really good, but everyone says it's even better in Æò¾ç. Is that necessarily true?

I am trying almost all the kimchi in Singapore, but sad to say there's only 3 different brands sold here. Some can be very spicy or sour. But I like it, yammy. Smile~

[quote:b78a459ca1]Æò¾ç³Ã¸é[/quote:b78a459ca1]

what's the difference in how they prepare it in the Æò¾ç style as compared to regular ³Ã¸é anyways? never had any north korean ³Ã¸é, but i have downed a few bottles of Æò¾ç¼ÒÁÖ. it's a bit stronger (50 proof compared to 40 proof), but still goes down easy Smile

my favorite is 덝°¥ºñ, but i also love »ï°ã»ì, À°°³Àå, and any street food that smells appealing on the stumble back from the bar. anybody ever had one of those corn dogs with the french fries embedded in the breading that some of the vendors sell. those things are ace!

also, when i first arrived in korea, i hated 񊎭. by the time i left, i...uh... hated it somewhat to a lesser degree.
