照括馬室推~
I'm a 15 year old girl who's interested in learning 廃厩 so I can understand my friends, songs, TV shows and so forth better. I'm a very Asian oriented person, which means I love studying Asia's culture, entertainment, etc. I've been listening to Korean music for about half a year now, and I'm interested in learning properly so I can speak fluently.
Currently I know
- English (Well, I think that's a given)
- Chinese (Mandarin, semi-fluent)
- Japanese (not so fluent, but I can scrape by if I had to live in Japan)
My Korean name would be Chae Yu Jin (辰政遭), derived from my Chinese name. I've noticed that the grammar and some words are very closely related in Chinese, Japanese and Korean, so I hope that will make it easier for me.
Is there anyone that would be wiilling to give me some basic Korean vocabulary lessons etc? The stage that I'm at right now, I know
- How to read the Korean alphabet
- How to type (very slowly =_=)
- Very basic phrases (hello, goodbye, I love you, where, why, sorry etc)
- SOME particles (聖,研,精,澗)
- SOME words

辰政遭 松, 照括馬室推?
煽澗 薦傾球森推. 馬走幻 薦 廃厩 戚硯精 精晴 戚拭推.
I suppose I'm an old-timer here, but I've been occupied with college recently and haven't been around in a while. Welcome to the forums! I don't have much time to write out lessons on grammar or alphabet for you, but there are some very good resources out there on the Internet for someone who is persistent and dedicated to learning.
- Very basic phrases (hello, goodbye, I love you, where, why, sorry etc)
hello = 照括馬室推 (you can say this to anyone)
hi = 照括 (for friends and people much younger than you)
goodbye = 照括備亜室推 (to someone leaving)
goodbye = 照括備惟室推 (when you're leaving)
bye = 照括 (to friends)
I love you = 紫櫛杯艦陥 (formal) 紫櫛背推 (polite) 紫櫛背 (intimate)
Where = 嬢巨 ===> 嬢巨拭推? (Where is it?/Where are you?)
Why = 訊? (plain, used before a clause) 訊推? (polite, used by itself)
Sorry = 耕照杯艦陥 (formal) 耕照背推 (polite) 耕照背 (intimate)
Sorry can also be 阻勺杯艦陥, which is used when apoligizing to strangers.
Other useful phrases:
When = 情薦
How = 嬢胸惟 ===> how have you been (嬢胸惟 走蛎嬢推?), also 設 走蛎嬢推? where 設 = well
What = 巷譲 ===> what is it (更森推?), what is this (戚惟 更森推?)
e.g. what is your name (戚硯戚 更森推?)
Yes = 革 (polite), 誓 (intimate)
No = 焼艦推 (polite), 焼艦 (intimate)

Ooh, those words I already know but thanks for it anyway ^_^.
I think instead of learning just words by themselves I need to actually learn the grammar and simple sentence structures so I can start to learn words relevant to that structure, and use it. Words like
-Eat
-Drink
-Play
-Go
-Read
And so forth, to put into setence structure like
-I want to ___
-Have you ___ yet?
Etc etc. I'll search around the site some more though ^_^
Ooh so I guess 穿 is 煽澗 just squished together, like 蟹澗 -> 貝?
And 粛嬢(推) is want (lol, the number of times I've heard this from dramas XD;)
So 研 is the object marker, and 壱 marks the action?

Actually -壱 粛嬢推 is the conjugation for wanting to do something. You just take the verb stem (the verb without 陥) and add 壱 粛嬢推 to make it 'want to do something'. And yes 研 is the object marker. For example (森研 級檎):
呼爽研 原写嬢推? => did you drink beer?
In this case, the verb stem is 原獣陥. You conjugate to the past tense with 醸 because the last vowel in the verb stem is what's called a 'ying vowel' or 'dark vowel' (basically meaning it's not 神 or 焼). If the verb stem ends with a 'yang vowel' you use 紹嬢推 instead.
原獣 + 醸 +嬢推 = 原獣醸嬢推, but if you say 戚醸嬢推 quickly it sounds like 心嬢推, so it's shortened.
奪聖 石醸嬢推? => did you read a book?
Since the word that will become an object has a consonant in the bottom, called 閤徴 the object marker is 聖 instead of 研. The reason is because it's just easier to say.
格澗 股醸嬢推? => did you eat?/have you eaten?
慎鉢亜 仙耕赤醸嬢推? =>was the movie interesting/fun/funny?
-仙耕赤陥 is the same as 仙衡陥, and means fun, funny, and interesting.
