한국어/영어 Dictionary

I bought this really nice little dictionary for myself, written by Jeyseon and Kangjin Lee. Mostly I thought it would be great because instead of looking up Korean words by their romanized pronunciation, it had the words listed by 한글 spelling. As a result of this 'feature' my reading has gotten much much better, as well as given me an idea of alphabetical order in Korea. Unfortunately, it has few words, and I cannot look up particles and verb conjugations in it (this is the main problem).

I've been thinking of buying an electronic dictionary, but I think they're pretty expensive; is there a good (cheap) alternative in a portable format?
