The movie is not korean but I have to recommend it nevertheless 
Kairo (English title "Pulse") is a masterpiece. A *true* masterpiece. I've never seen a movie as dark and depressive as this one. People say it's scary but i have to disagree on that. Maybe it's just 'cause I'm not afraid of horror movies anymore 
Kairo is one of the most popular japansese movies of all time. It's unique and really.. uhm, how could I put it?.. Deep. It's director Kiyoshi Kurosawa (Called as "The godfather of J-horror) is really talented. I think he's become one of my idols. 
I think I have to skip synopsis because I really don't have a clue how to write it in a few simple phrases. All you have to know that the plot is really unique and brilliant.
