Hi! I'm glad to ppl are still running this site.
Let me share some photos of korea I saved from photograph community. 
It's pretty much, maybe you need to wait litte but i can tell you it worth waiting. ^-^

★Seoul☆
Soongrye moon(gate) 숭례문 It was a south gate of Seoul in the past.
최근에 주변을 정비해서 가까이서 볼 수 있고 문으로 지나다닐 수 있게 되었어요.
서울에는 네 개의 문(사대문)이 있는데 유교의 덕목인 '인의예지'를 따서 이름을 지었죠. 숭례문은 '예의'에 해당되네요.
Chong-gye stream. 청계천
It used to be a highway but reconstructed to an original stream last year.
원래 강이었는데 개발하면서 막고 고속도로를 깔았던 것을 다시 복개해서
새로운 휴식처가 되었네요.
★ Nature ☆
About 70% of Korean peninsula is mountain.
등산을 좋아하는 사람이라면 한국으로~^^
 
Mt.Seorak. Often considered to the best mt in S.Kor
Juwang mountain 주왕산 영화 '봄여름가을 그리고 겨울'의 배경이 되었던 장소
Gwanak mountain 관악산 연주암
Daegwanryoung Sheep farm leisure town
★Rural Areas☆
Darangee town 다랭이 마을 terraced farm
They r doing farming experience homestay program.
Nakan town; Old thatch houses remained, well protected.
About 200 people are living here.
Jeju Island's sea, it has a subtropical climate
YangPyong 양평 Han river's upper stream is here~ beautiful place with low mountains and a river. ^^ People go there for a drive.
This one looks so Korean. Lotus on the pond are impressive. : )
★Traditional Architectures☆
Bulgook temple from 6 century. Unesco world's heritage
 
Pagodas found in this temple
pagoda built with bricks which is unique. It had 9floors originally. A.D 634
  
Another pagoda in Gongju city. newly reconstructed one next to it.
Green hills are ancient kings' tombs.
They are huge, some of them u can go inside to see.
(3 above r from Gyoungju city; It was a capital city for about one thousand years. Unesco's world's cultural heritage city.)

Confusianism Shrine (Jong-myo)
Ritual for ancestors at Jongmyo
Gyoungbok palace entrance, Gwanghwa Gate
Gyoungbok palace garden
Suwon city's old wall. 17C 저 네모난 구멍으로부터 화포를 쏘는 것이네요. 성곽이 한 겹 더 문을 보호하고 있습니다.
둥글게 하여 한번에 무너지지 않고 측면 침입 방어에 효과적이 되었군요.

송광사 temple 1636년
  
1) Myoung-dong Cathedral. well harmonized Gothic + Korean 1892
2) JeonDong Cathedral. Over 40% of Korean are Christian. (catholic, protestant) 1908

Those photographs are amazing. Did you take them?
Incidentally, I see many things posted, but only two pictures load (숭례문 and 청계천). Still, they're very impressive. You should link to hi-res versions if you can!

Thank you for telling me! I changed some links. ^^ Is it working now?
Unfortunately i'm not such a nice photographer.
These are the ones i saved before from dcinside(photo community) or naver. |

I'd like to recommend Gyoungju and Andon if you are a culture vulture. Daegwanryong(대관령) sheep farm, here really looks like Alps. Hope you will have fun! |

yeah, teleportation would be great!
