Yeah she's pretty popular over here. Her Japanese used to be terrible so she had that 'cant speak Japanese well' cute factor going for her too. But now she speaks awesome Japanese, and has written a few books about learning Korean for Japanese, as well appearing on a lot of variety shows, all while keeping her clothes on. Big effort for Japan!
