Well that's cause korean keyboard isn't phoentic, and even if it was, it wouldn't be better... only worse I guess...

You've to memorize which key you have to press to output each hangeul character, or then, buy keyboard stickers that are sold in the richest countries over the world (that's what I think, they aren't sold on Brazil)... they could help a lot at the beginnings, but they will be useless when you memorize its location... at least for me it would, since I like to type looking to the monitor, not to the keyboard...
