| I've only seen Joint Security Area and I loved it. My main interest is horror and sci-fi, so I'll probably be watching Memento Mori and Natural City next. |

When I went to Korea in December I went to go see (¿©°í»ý½ÃÁý°¡±â) in the theater, but I am not quite sure what they called it on the dvd for the english translation. Probably something like "Highschool girl goes to marriage" as I have seen it on a web site before. It was ok, and I'd probably buy it in China Town in San Fransisco if I saw it there, just because it would be like really cheap. But if you like kinda cute, silly movies with random fight scenes in it, then check it out.
Speaking of China Town, I bought another new one called "Silver Knife" but I haven't watched it yet because my friend borrowed it. It looks interesting. Probably more of something on the lines of "Sex is Zero" but not that dirty. (Sex is Zero is like the Korean version of American Pie (Uncut version)...definately an R film)
The real trick to getting good movies cheaply is to get a dvd player that is region 3 (pretty cheap these days) and then order them online from like Hong Kong or where ever. Sometimes the quality isnt as good, or they might not have subtitles but its worth it. |

[quote:74dd4b4485="CharlotteWang"]is it true that windstruck was supposed to be a prologue to my sassy girl? (because at the end of windstruck was when jeon ji hyun was drunk in the subway platform where she meets cha tae hyun... the beginning of my sassy girl)
korean movies are the best!
can anyone tell me more kim rae won movies?
i saw my little bride, and another one about this girl with only three finger, and also there's a drama with jung da bin! (i love that drama!)
are there any more kim rae won stuff? ^__^ [/quote:74dd4b4485]
At the end of windstruck thats is their first encounter and when they the beginning of my sassy its their second, third or whatever . But if you love windstruck and my sassy then whatever you do dont watch "Sorry, I Love You" and i repeat DONT because you will cry your heart out. Its a 16 part mini series |

Kwon sang woo play a better role in "bright girl" with Jang nara which by the way they use the same house (where Yoon live) as the one in Sorry, I love you.

really? so at the beginning scenes where there's a lot of western ppl is melbourne i thought was america. haha... actually im watching it now, except im in uni and have forgoten my head phone, so cant hear anything. ahh... yeh now i see it's melbourne, the icon trams lol....
seems like koreans really like the city of melbourne, coz a lot of starts have shot their mtv or movies in melbourne. heehee did u know that "Bi-rain" shot his "Bad guy" mtv on the pedestrian bridge in Spencers street. heehee ive tooked a photo up there just coz of that ^o^
but the funny thing is that, there arent many koreans living in mleb, instead r all in sydney. |

Oh, it's official name is "hyul e nu" which means "blood tears", not blood rain.. i am sorry^^;
But, if you watch the movie, you will understand that the rain is a symbolic of "tear"
It's mystery thriller, about a series of murdur case in a small island of Chosun(now it's Korea), in 19th century.
It's very horrible, cruel movie, so you'd better not see it , if you are under 18 years old.
