hello..
i want to sign up at korean sites.. like ; Hanmail,cafe daum and nate.cyworld but they asking me a "korean residence registration number"..
Can somebody help me to have One?..

u are not korean so you dont have that..you can never..except if you will be a resident..i think.. |

You will not be able to have one, as you are not a Korean residence.
This residence number is private, and I will be closing this topic 
You can't just expect people to give out their numbers -_-; |
